The presentation aims to give an overview to the Healthcare Workers (HCW) on the emerged of Risk Management System, and the role of Risk Management implementation in healthcare services. The presentation includes the methodology, and example of risk identified in Dialysis Services, to provide a clear understanding to HCW on the necessity of Risk Management.
