Sin embargo, la hiperkalemia afecta a las c\u00e9lulas card\u00edacas y neuromusculares que son particularmente sensibles a los cambios en la [K] s\u00e9rica. En pacientes con hiperkalemia leve a moderada, los pacientes generalmente se quejan de debilidad muscular, fatiga, parestesias, palpitaciones y arritmias card\u00edacas.
