Home Hemodialysis Curriculum 

Module 3: The third module in our home hemodialysis curriculum reviews strategies to support patients choosing home hemodialysis, including how to evaluate patient eligibility for HHD and remove modifiable barriers to home treatment; how to talk to patients about their treatment options, engage in shared decision-making, and deliver person-centered care; and introduces elements of successful patient training to promote success at home.
